OPA! Greek Islands has been a staple in the Greek community in Downtown Chicago and the food is you guessed it, the reason why! You immediately walk in and feel the culture upon you with the greek music and decor scattered throughout not to mention the yelling Greek cooks in the background.
Greek cuisine is my ultimate favorite, partly because I am Greek but the textures and smells that Greek food has to offer is ultimate comfort food. With the white napkins in the air from excited customers yelling ‘OPA’ to flaming cheese always in the corner of our eyes, Greek Islands is a great place to go out with the family and enjoy each others company and great cuisine!
